Our Daily Bread identifies and addresses the unmet fundamental needs of Fairfax area residents and empowers the community to help our neighbors maintain self-sufficiency.
We are a volunteer-based organization focused on easing the plight of low income residents in the Fairfax County area of Virginia. We draw volunteers from local faith-based groups, community organizations, local businesses, schools and universities.
Friday, May 2, 7-10 p.m. at the Stacy C. Sherwood Community Center
3740 Old Lee Highway, Fairfax, VA 22030
Join Our Daily Bread's supporters at this unique event in cooperation with Fairfax Spotlight on the Arts to celebrate 30 years of moving our Fairfax County area neighbors from need to self-sufficiency! Artist Nathan Jalani Taylor will paint a picture of the event while it is happening. We are honored to have Steve Rudin of WJLA/ABC7-TV and NewsChannel 8 as our Emcee. We'll enjoy a selection of wines and appetizers from Dolce Vita.
